The Doors - Spanish Caravan (1968)

Formed in 1965, this band is one of the most celebrated groups of the 20th century. Jim Morrison, their singer, had a phenomenal voice, wrote poetic lyrics, and had an unpredictable stage presence. Between inducing riots, exposing himself to the audience, and getting banned from The Ed Sullivan Show, Jim Morrison and his band were frequently in the headlines for more than just their great music.

Although not one of their many well known hits, this song is a pleasure to listen to. The first 1:45 sounds like a Spanish flamenco piece; whereas, the last 1:15 sounds like a Spanish flamenco piece on LSD at the circus.
